The glasses are the cleanest I have ever seen. The service was quick and we were in a group of nine. My first time here and I have to say I enjoyed it!

We were there around 6 pm on a Saturday evening and there were very few customers. My husband ordered the fish and chips. He complained that the fish was dry and requested a new entree. They used to have one large piece of fish, but it changed to a few smaller pieces. I ordered the crab cakes with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. They were not bad, but I have had better at other restaurants. We will probably try another place the next time we want fish and chips or crab cakes.

Haven't been a big fan of kellys ... But my choice of food today changed that. Had their chicken enchilada soup and OMG!!! Amazing Hot and Hearty! And only $5 for my lunch and I was full. You have to try this soup...one of the best enchilada soups I have had!!

Kelly's is near my mom's house, so it's a convenient place for us to eat out when we have family in town. It's not the most adventurous place to eat but it works well for when we're in a big group with kids. It's casual and the menu has a lot of options, which is important because half of us are vegetarian and some of us are picky. Also, whenever we go, there is not a long wait. There may be a reason for that. While the food is pretty good, the service is a hassle. It takes forever to get your food (I realize we have a group of 6-8, but often we're one of the only diners in the restaurant. We've given it a few chances, but it's definitely a pattern. If we do get our food, we are usually waiting on something (like catsup or utensils) so we can't enjoy it hot.

Had a nice time there. Sat at the bar and had a few beers and enjoyed the crab dip. Just didn't like all the cigarette smoke.

Ugh. Just went to Kelly's attempting to get a bite to eat because I heard their burgers are awesome. Too bad we got seated and spent the next 20 minutes watching the waitresses sit at the bar and giggle. Keep in mind there were only 6 other people (2 other tables) in the restaurant. And by the looks of it, they had been waiting quite a long time for either their food or to pay. Is there anyway to give this joint no stars?

kelly tavern is a nice change up from fast food and eating at home. its also not quite mom and pop nor big chain like out back. its uniqe and a good vibe. its open late and the pricing is very good.
